Even to Jon's untrained ears, that single sound from Daenerys' mouth speaks volumes as far as whether or not he'd made the right choice using his mouth on her. It seems to be a resounding approval along with a strong encouragement to continue. So that's what Jon does, using his lips and tongue as much in the way as he had while kissing her, and the sounds from above him are clearly saying he's doing well.
One thing the men were wrong about, though-- she tastes wonderful, as far as he's concerned, and he could keep this up so long as his jaw holds up. He looks up at Daenerys with an expression that clearly asks, "Good?"
